Life-like Artificial Flowers Crafted from Rigorous Production Procedure

First of all, we start from producing plastic accessories, petals, leaves and branches separately which are to be fit together for semi-finished high-quality silk flowers.

Secondly, we assemble half-finished silk wedding flowers, such as flower heads, with plastic accessories, petals and leaves.

Thirdly, based on the original sample design, we put flower heads, leaves, plastic accessories onto the branches. To prevent them from falling off, we will attach the flower heads and other plastic accessories to the top of the branches with glue.

Lastly, we customize packages of artificial flowers in bulk according to specific requests of clients, attaching each item with a barcode label. And then we have the flowers packed into inner box and outer carton to keep them in good shape.
